This video is protected as an instance of ***FAIR USE*** Title 17 USC Section 107 A Political Remix Video by Desiree D’Alessandro As part of the Political Remix Video genre that postures itself as Fair-Use in accordance with Title 17 USC Section 107, Desiree D’Alessandro addresses the looming environmental crisis of worldwide water shortage that is destroying the earth and leaving the poor without access to a common life-sustaining resource. With clips appropriated from scientists, politicians, news broadcastings, and popular media, D’Alessandro explores and aims to expose how corporations are maneuvering to convert this critical world resource into a profitable commodity – namely in the form of golf courses. Currently, there are over 32000 golf courses worldwide, over 17000 in the US, and approximately 1137 public and private golf courses are located in California as amongst the leading golf course-congested states in the US. Reports from UN estimate that golf courses consume a staggering 2.5 billion gallons/9.5 billion liters of water DAILY. This remix video aims to facilitate contemplation and recognition of this global crisis via the viral media platform of YouTube. Circling Raven Golf Club, recently named one of “America’s Best 100 Public Courses” by Golf Digest. At 7189 yards, it challenges the best of players, yet five sets of tees are inviting to all. It’s nestled among 620 acres of wetlands, woodlands and natural Palouse grasses. We’d offer a comparison, but there isn’t one. Golf as nature intended. www.circlingraven.com

@GuidofromOtsego Thanks for the comment! I haven’t seen Bill Hicks speak on related issues yet! If you have a link, I’d love to check it out!
Yep, in San Diego they pull that water outta the ground 70 times faster than it is replaced. Love George Carlin too! Have you seen Bill Hicks?
i live aroound here and want to go check it out. looks better than any course around here. im sick of seeing peoples backyards next to my fairway. hope its not too expensive…….
One of the best in the world. Go there every year from the East Coast and stay at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel there. Recommend as highly as possible. A golf masterpiece in a special, unspoiled natural setting.
the height of the trees make it look humongous .
I love that course!
