This is a fantastic video for learning a powerful golf techniques. Interestingly, hypnosis can also be used in combination to tie these techniques into your muscle-memory to make these techniques automatic and natural.

@chrismoss420 I disagree. This idea tends to lead to people not following through enough. A shorter backswing with a emphasized follow through makes a consistently clean strike and actually helps improve feel for speed and distance. You essentially use a persons maximum effort instead of allowing them to vary the effort they swing the club.

One thing evryone should remember is a pendilum motion the same distance back as forward. That goes for putting too

By chrismoss420 on November 20th, 2010 at 12:20 am

@olivershoe line the ball in mid – back of your stance keep your head down and give it a full swing. Just make sure you stay over the ball. If you come out of it too early you will hit it thin

BORING

@373teddy lol

By smigio111188 on November 20th, 2010 at 4:24 am

Pretty sure he is talkin to 10 + handicapprs…this is more basic…any true ten handicapper or better is working on more meticullous swing mechanics than this

By CvShortee08 on November 20th, 2010 at 5:18 am

By classicalgas101 on November 20th, 2010 at 6:12 am

Hey has anyone noticed the amount of people who are basically oxygen thieves that post below good people trying to share info with the world, It never ceases to amaze me the number of losers who add what they erroneously think are smart comments, none of these people ( and I use the term loosely) will never contribute one useful thing to anything,

@asiansftw100

By asiansftw100 on November 20th, 2010 at 1:16 pm

@ciunasm topped it? u sure mate u cant really top a ball if u take a diviit..

yeah i think he topped it as well

@Waaaaang that’s what you think when you only know the sound of fairway woods the size of a football

@Waaaaang not really….

By praetorian2150 on November 20th, 2010 at 3:38 pm

joe is quite the teacher. my 60 buck lynx 5 wood just became a monster with this guy’s tips

He didn’t top it, its a titleist 3 wood, I have the same club and thats just what it sounds like.

2.23 snap hook

@ciunasm the ball took off into the air, unless that was an optical illusion on the video…lol.

hittting it left is good more distance

who else noticed he placed the ball on an uphill slant which makes it much easier to hit? think this guy is the ‘amatuer’

By locateyourhuevos on November 20th, 2010 at 5:33 pm

dear joe, im having trouble topping the ball any tips for me??

By TheSmartjackson on November 20th, 2010 at 6:13 pm

By zZrEtRiBuTiOnZz on November 20th, 2010 at 7:09 pm

@ciunasm Lol, that’s what I thought at first, but then I watched it again and it sounded ok.

By thisisboringnow on November 20th, 2010 at 7:23 pm

I love the bit of acting at the end as if it nearly went in or something.

Great stuff JOE.

gosh i think ur prob the best teacher ever. and ur pretty beast at golf from whatever shots of urs ive seen

sounded terrible at impact…..i think he topped it………”Daaaats waaaat im taaaaalkin abooouut”

yeah

By traceurpaul on November 20th, 2010 at 9:38 pm

call them fairway wood man, thats wehat they’re called…

no thats what I’m talking about…hahahahahah

no, he didn’t..

By Alcoholic1478 on November 20th, 2010 at 11:30 pm

Ya, I this guy’s a good teacher. Main problem I have with my woods/drivers is I only take 3/4 swings! Rather hit the ball 20 yards short but straight, than worry about accuracy…..Gotta work on it.

ha, thats what i thought too.

sounded like he topped it

GREAT!
