Preferably in the Toronto area, but anywhere else would also let me know that such organizations do exist.

Call a local high school and see if they have a golf team. They may need them for some kids who don’t have and can’t afford clubs.

The 1st Tee
The various golf institutions in the states have started the First Tee program where urban kids are taught the game and the deportment which goes with living and succeeding . Whether this extends to Canada, contact your local PGA or the Canadian Golf association .
