Nickent Golf Club
I recently had an Epiphany in terms of golf and would like some feedback on my brilliant idea.?
Ok here we go nothing really new but i think hybrids are the key to golf i have a nickent 23 deg loft hybrid and hit it 160-215 yards full swing. I recently had an idea of a 4 iron length graphite quality shaft with lets say 34 deg loft which would be a 7 iron maybe 33 deg because of the low CG. If the lie angle was adjusted accordingly would i hit 140-180 yards with ease high soft shots with medium spin? These clubs are a joke so easy to hit makes irons look obsolete.
The whole point of having mid and short irons is not length it is accuracy. increasing shaft length will make them much less accurate. Also you should not have that much of a range in one club. There are 14 in your bag use them.
